Let's face it being an adult can be hard to maneuver through. Often times people who struggle with anxiety and depression also are not sleeping well, waking up in the middle of the night, feeling like the littlest things are huge mountains, so rather than deal with that mountain they avoid, isolate, or find other unhealthy ways to cope. Some common ways adults avoid are shopping, starting another project, increasing hours at awork to avoid the issues at home, eat or drinking more.
